Suzanne P. Harkinson: Operations Support
Suzanne brings to BRODY 30 years of customer service experience in banking and insurance. In business, the devil is in the details, and Suzanne’s follow-up skills ensure the job gets done! Whatever challenge surfaces, she is up to the task. When not at BRODY, she’s never too busy for family and friends.
Andrea Powers: Client Partner and Operations Manager
Andrea is the ultimate multi-tasker. As Director of Operations for BRODY, she manages a multitude of moving parts that culminate in flawless execution for our clients. As a Client Partner, Andrea gives her clients that same dedication. They come to rely on her can-do attitude and know that she will partner with them to achieve their results. Having operated three businesses of her own, both here and in Europe, Andrea’s focus on her clients’ return on investment is second to none. Andrea enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Miryam S. Roddy: Director, Corporate Communications
When she’s not managing a project, editing a book, coordinating social media or public relations efforts, selling a program, or otherwise putting her creative “thinking cap” on at BRODY, Miryam likes to play games with her 11-year-old daughter and watch her figure-skating lessons. Since she graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA degree in Communications and two concentrations (Russian Studies and Psychology), Miryam has been busy – she helped a local beverage company create and improve its marketing strategy, improved the visibility and bookings of dozens of local singers and bands (as The Music Maven), and contributed her byline as a freelance writer for many newspapers and magazines. She is a trustee on the Board of Directors of the Huntingdon Valley Library, where she is an active member of its Strategic Planning Committee. Miryam has been a key member of the BRODY team since 1996.
Heather Shafter: Client Partner
As a Client Partner with BRODY Professional Development, Heather is committed to building collaborative partnerships with our clients to ensure that we support their organization’s growth and development goals. Her degree in Adult and Organizational Development gives her a unique understanding of the challenges that organizations face in developing talent to achieve business objectives. She welcomes exploratory conversations about your organization’s development challenges, and looks forward to working together in solving them. When Heather is not having conversations about Training and Development, she enjoys staying fit, eating healthy, appreciating nature, and learning new things.
Justin Sloan: Graphic Design
Justin is a recent graduate from Tyler School of Art. He strives to implement a clean, fresh design approach to everything he touches. When not toiling away in front of a computer at work, he enjoys working on cars and creating pottery.
