Thank you for the coaching! The presentation that I did in October was resoundingly successful! It was one of the few and only times that I did not receive ONE negative or constructive piece of feedback!! I was feeling really good about it. I repeated it a month later for our Latin American audience, and it was equally successful. I prepared and did a lot of background reading. I brought some notes with me to keep reviewing while another presenter was speaking. Each time, I probably only said about 30-40% of what I had written in my notes, but the key messages were there and delivered. It helped having the video as reinforcement. Thanks for your help. Just spending the afternoon going through all the steps was a tremendous help in preparing a presentation for the large audience (over 600) that I can replicate in the future.
