Amy Glass believes that a company’s most valuable asset is its people – enabling employees to grow and succeed is what drives her. Amy is the Executive Vice President of BRODY Professional Development.
Since 1998, she has helped clients leverage their strengths and improve competencies. Her ability to explain challenging concepts in a clear and relatable way helps her participants to absorb new information and fast-track growth.

Amy incorporates a passionate, dynamic teaching approach that uses humor, group rapport, multimedia, and skill-building exercises to make learning stick. She creates a supportive and challenging environment where people feel safe to take risks and find their authentic style.
Amy has worked with many Fortune 100 companies, including Genentech, Citi Private Bank, Campbell Soup, and Boehringer Ingelheim. She specializes in areas such as leadership presence, communication, presentation skills, and influence. Amy has also designed many of BRODY’s most popular courses, including Leadership Presence.
Magazines and newspapers such as Training, LTEN’s Focus, Philadelphia Business Journal and The Philadelphia Inquirer regularly publish Amy’s articles. She is co-author of the book Leadership Presence: The Influential Intangible. Amy also regularly presents at conferences globally, including: Association for Talent Development (ATD), Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), and Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE).
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University.
When she’s not coaching or presenting, Amy enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and can often be found at baseball fields or basketball courts with her husband and two sons.
