Program really broke down components of how to influence. I like the interactive aspect & especially applying strategies to a particular project.

I thought Amy had a great amount of energy and enthusiasm and balanced the audience participation with slides / videos well. It’s rare to feel still energized at the end of 3 hours of training (especially when it was 8pm in the UK by the time we closed!)
