Connie Sirois

How Would You Describe Your Training Style?

Every learning opportunity should involve thinking and ignite a desire to grow. Therefore, I approach training with a personal and passion-filled perspective. I am a “student” of the everyday experience, so I use relatable, everyday examples to bring participants into complex and difficult communication topics. Participants are engaged so that they can think and challenged so that they can desire to change and grow.

What Do You Like Most About Training?

Motivating people to expect more of themselves is my heart for any type of learning. Whether I am speaking, facilitating or coaching, I seek to positively impact those with whom I am given the opportunity to interact. I want people to deeply desire to show up better. As a trainer, I am honored to get to be a part of others’ journeys to becoming better versions of themselves.

Using a unique perspective on foundational communication concepts, Connie helps her clients excel at both self-communication and interpersonal communication. Helping people truly honor others through their communication is what she is most passionate about.

Before beginning full-time consulting, training, and speaking, Connie taught at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, for over 20 years, specializing in business communication, rhetoric, and professional writing. Connie trains clients in all areas of communication.

When she is not training or coaching, Connie enjoys being a mom of 3, wife, writer, and happily busy woman.
