How Would You Describe Your Training Style?
My approach to an training is always honest and direct. I truly believe participants need to anchor any learning to their daily activity and to their personal and team success. My style is to reflect and find benefits together with the learners, rather than to only explain an issue or content. Even in virtual training my keyword is “participation.”
What Do You Like Most About Training?
Sharing experiences (I have quite a number of them after 48 labor years) and examples about the content. Aligning different points of view, considering the experiences of the participants. Stimulating curiosity and interest in the participants. Always having some fun.
