Stuart Harris has been a speaker, trainer and executive coach for more than 10 years.

In 2006, after serving 25 years in various corporate sales, customer service and training roles, Stuart “went out on his own” as a keynote speaker, trainer and coach.

Since then, he has delivered interactive keynote speeches and workshops across the world, and has designed and delivered training and one-on-one coaching programs for professionals in sales, customer service and management roles.

Stuart has turned around under-performing sales teams, developed and introduced a 5-Star Customer Service program and worked with clients, large and small, to improve their sales and customer service offerings.

His workshops help people improve their Presentation Skills, Time Management, Effectiveness, Coaching, Assertiveness, Goal Setting, and Performance Management.

He’s involved in several industry organizations, including:

  • Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association (UK)
  • Fellow of the Institute of Sales Managers
  • Member of the Institute of Customer Service

When he’s not working with corporate clients, Stuart continues to develop his own presentation skills, pushing his own boundaries by regularly doing stand-up comedy gigs. He loves to travel all over the world to deliver workshops (having trained & coached groups in India, Russia, the Middle East and all over the UK and mainland Europe). Stuart’s life is spent “developing myself and others (including delegates and family & friends) — whether that is in a classroom environment or online.”
